১. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী

Little Care-এর ওয়েবসাইট (www.littlecare.com.bd) ব্যবহার করে বা আমাদের কাছ থেকে পণ্য ক্রয় করে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। অনুগ্রহ করে অর্ডার করার আগে এই শর্তাবলী মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।

২. পণ্য সম্পর্কিত

আমরা আমাদের পণ্যের তথ্য যতটা সম্ভব সঠিক রাখার চেষ্টা করি। তবে পণ্যের রঙ ও আকার ডিভাইসের স্ক্রিনভেদে সামান্য ভিন্ন দেখাতে পারে। পণ্যের ছবি ও বিবরণ শুধুমাত্র তথ্যের উদ্দেশ্যে দেওয়া হয়।

৩. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট

সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT) উল্লেখ করা হয়। আমরা বর্তমানে শুধুমাত্র Cash on Delivery (COD) পদ্ধতিতে অর্ডার গ্রহণ করি। পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে। মূল্য পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে, তবে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর মূল্য পরিবর্তন হবে না।

৪. অর্ডার ও ডেলিভারি

অর্ডার করার পর আমাদের টিম আপনার সাথে ফোনে যোগাযোগ করে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করবে। ঢাকার ভেতরে সাধারণত ১-৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৩-৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়। ডেলিভারি চার্জ অর্ডারের সময় জানানো হবে। প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা অন্য কোনো অনিবার্য কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হলে আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।

৫. রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি

পণ্য পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে আমাদের জানাতে হবে। নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য:

পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অবস্থায় পাওয়া গেলে
ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হলে
পণ্যের সাইজ ভুল হলে

রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ থাকতে হবে। ব্যবহৃত বা ধোয়া পণ্য রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

৬. অর্ডার বাতিল

অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার আগে বাতিল করা যাবে। অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর বাতিল করতে চাইলে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। পণ্য শিপমেন্টে চলে গেলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।

৭. মেধাস্বত্ব

Little Care ওয়েবসাইটের সকল কন্টেন্ট, ছবি, লোগো ও টেক্সট Little Care-এর সম্পত্তি। পূর্ব অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো ব্যবহার, অনুলিপি বা বিতরণ করা যাবে না।

৮. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা

Little Care কোনো পরোক্ষ ক্ষতি, ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব বা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের পরিস্থিতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।

৯. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন

আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী আপডেট করার অধিকার রাখি। পরিবর্তিত শর্তাবলী ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশের সাথে সাথে কার্যকর হবে।

1. General Terms

By using the Little Care website (www.littlecare.com.bd) or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product information on our website is accurate. However, colours and sizes may appear slightly different depending on your device's screen. Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Full payment must be made at the time of delivery. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but once an order is confirmed, the price will not change.

4. Orders & Delivery

After placing an order, our team will contact you by phone to confirm it. Delivery within Dhaka typically takes 1-3 business days, and outside Dhaka 3-7 business days. Delivery charges will be communicated at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Any issues with your order must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
The wrong product was delivered
The wrong size was delivered

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to be eligible for return. Used or washed items are not eligible for return.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are confirmed. If you wish to cancel a confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once the product has been dispatched.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and text on the Little Care website are the property of Little Care. They may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Little Care shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, delivery delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon being published on the website.
